Agreement to Terms

By accessing ruhbyruhi.com or placing an order with RUH by Ruhi ("RUH", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or complete a purchase.

Eligibility & Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the details provided are accurate and you are authorized to use the selected payment method. You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law to purchase. We may refuse or cancel orders where stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or delivery constraints make fulfilment impractical — you will be informed and refunded in full if that happens after payment.

An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt; a contract of sale is formed when we dispatch the goods or send a dispatch confirmation, whichever is earlier. Pre-dispatch cancellations follow the Cancellation Policy.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay. We accept payment through our secure checkout powered by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, and other methods Razorpay offers at checkout). Orders are currently prepaid — Cash on Delivery is not available.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. If a product is mispriced after your payment, we will cancel and refund rather than charge the corrected amount without your consent.

Product Representation & Handcrafted Variation

Handcrafted products may have minor variations in finish and texture. Colour on screens differs from physical metal and pigment. We strive to represent colours and details accurately through studio photography; natural variation between two pieces of the same design is expected and is not a defect. Dimensions and weight on product pages are nominal and may vary slightly on hand-finished items.

Shipping, Returns & Cancellation

Delivery timelines, courier behaviour, and serviceable pincodes are described in the Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, and the 15-day returns window with its unboxing-video requirement are set out in the Returns Policy. Order cancellation before dispatch is governed by the Cancellation Policy. Those pages form part of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

Site content — including photography, product designs, illustrations, the RUH name and marks, and written copy — belongs to RUH or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission. Linking to public pages for personal, non-commercial reference is fine.

User Conduct & Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping login credentials secure. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, introduce malware, place fraudulent orders, or misuse contact or checkout forms. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or other customers.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RUH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products — including lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer rights under Indian consumer protection statutes.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction over Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer-remedy routes available to you. Please contact support first — most issues resolve without formal proceedings.

Changes & Contact
