Returns & Exchanges Policy

Strict 24-Hour Return Window & Unboxing Video Mandate
We accept returns **only** if you receive a damaged, torn, defective, or incorrect product. You must raise a return request **within 24 hours of delivery**.
Unboxing Video Requirement:
A continuous, unedited unboxing video from the moment you open the sealed package is **mandatory**. Claims made without a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video showing the packaging label and package opening will be rejected immediately.
Return Eligibility Requirements
- Time Limit: Requests must be submitted via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp.
- Product Condition: The product must be completely unused, unworn, and returned with its original packaging, certificates, and tags intact.
- Video Proof: The unboxing video must clearly show the courier shipping label, the sealed box, and the extraction of the damaged product. Any edit, cut, transition, or blur in the video will void the claim.
- Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we will process a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges **only for size-related issues** under the following strict criteria:
- 24-Hour Notification: Exchange requests must be filed within 24 hours of delivery.
- Condition: The item must be completely unworn, clean, and in original packaging.
- Stock Dependent: Exchanges are subject to size availability. If the size is out of stock, we will issue a store credit.
- Limit: Only one exchange is allowed per order. The exchange product itself cannot be exchanged or returned.
Important Considerations
- Because each of our pieces is individually handcrafted, minor differences in color, bead alignment, metal texture, and aged finishes are expected parts of their heritage nature and are not considered defects.
- Customized, tailored, made-to-order, or sale/promotional items are strictly **non-returnable** and **non-exchangeable**.
- Any item that shows signs of wear, damage after delivery, or has been altered will not be accepted.
