No, handcrafted pieces have natural variations in color, finish, and texture — this is what makes each piece unique and special. Hammer marks, oxidised depth, and etched line weight differ slightly from one piece to the next.

We use Gilat (white metal), brass, and other traditional materials depending on the collection. Many Adiva pieces are sterling silver 925 or oxidised brass. Always check the metal and finish listed on the individual product page for exact specifications, dimensions, and weight.

Materials vary by piece — sterling silver 925, oxidised brass, and Gilat (white metal) each behave differently on sensitive skin. If you have a known metal allergy, message us with the product name before ordering and we will confirm the alloy and finish used for that piece.

Adiva is inspired by Gond tribal artistry and features bold forms with rhythmic textures rooted in 1,400 years of tribal heritage. Expect hand-etched dots, spirals, forest and animal motifs, and coin-inspired forms in sterling silver and oxidised brass.

Moti Bharat is inspired by traditional bead-weaving craft of Gujarat, featuring intricate geometric patterns and vibrant colors. The collection translates the structure of woven beadwork into metal — repeating geometry, rhythmic spacing, and celebratory colour stories.

Currently, all orders are prepaid. We accept payments through secure checkout powered by Razorpay — including UPI, cards, and net banking where available. COD may be introduced later; watch the shipping policy page for updates.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on location. Metro cities usually land at the faster end of that window; remote pincodes may take the full range. You will receive tracking details once the parcel ships.

Yes, we offer exchanges for size-related issues within 15 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in original packaging. Ring and bracelet sizes are listed on each product page — measure before you order to avoid a rushed exchange.

Contact us within 24 hours with an unboxing video. We'll arrange replacement or refund after inspection. Do not discard packaging until the claim is resolved — the video must show the sealed box through to the piece.

This is not considered tarnishing in the damage sense — oxidised finishes are intentional and deepen rather than fail. Bright brass can dull with air exposure; a soft cloth restores the high points without stripping recess detail.

No. Remove pieces before showers, swimming, and workouts. Trapped moisture speeds oxidation and can weaken findings on bell and chain work. Dry, pouch, done — two seconds after wearing extends the life of the piece significantly.
